The study concluded that cannabis use “is associated with significant improvements in perceived insomnia with differential effectiveness and side effect profiles, depending on the product characteristics.”

It’s also important to note that many people involved in the study found that vaping cannabis more effective to get better levels of sleep and that cannabis, which was high in CBD, was also more effective for assisting with sleep issues.
